All bonus funds issued by BC33 carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus balance — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. BC33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to BC33 or other players.
If your account is suspended due to a suspected Terms violation, BC33 will investigate the matter. If the investigation concludes that a violation occurred, any balance in the account may be forfeited. If the investigation finds no violation, your account will be reinstated and your balance restored.
You may request to close your BC33 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered mobile wallet, provided all verification requirements are met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
